At Ink & Ledger Tax Solutions, we support individuals and service-based businesses who value clear, proactive, and respectful financial guidance. Based in San Antonio, we are an IRS Enrolled Agent–led practice offering trusted tax and bookkeeping services.
We keep our practice small and selective so we can stay closely involved with each client, providing responsive, detail-oriented support for bookkeeping, tax preparation, and planning. Our licensed professionals ensure accurate, high-quality service every step of the way.

Our Team
Sara is the founder and an Enrolled Agent with a background in public accounting. She brings years of experience helping individuals and small businesses navigate a wide range of tax matters. As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, she represents taxpayers directly before the IRS. Sara lives in Texas with her family. She focuses on select clients, serving the community with her expertise as an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Rayna is a CPA and a Tax Specialist with over 30 years experience. She focuses primarily on business returns, C corporations, consolidations, partnership and S-corporation returns with multistate activities. Florida CPA licensed and member of the AICPA.
Elena is the Director of Operations and she has over 15 years of experience in operations management, systems improvement, and process implementation. Focused primarily on streamlining workflows, optimizing internal processes, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting scalable business growth. Experienced in project coordination, operational strategy, and building efficient systems to improve client service and organizational performance.

How Ink and Ledger came to be
Every business has a story.
Some begin with a side hustle. Others start around a kitchen table or with the decision to finally bet on yourself. No matter how they begin, every business is built on someone’s hard work, determination, and hope for what comes next.
That’s the inspiration behind Ink & Ledger.
The name brings together two lifelong passions of mine: books and accounting.
Reading has always been my way to slow down at the end of the day, and over the years I realized that accounting isn’t all that different from a good story. Behind every ledger is a person building something meaningful. Behind every tax return is someone working toward a dream.
The ledger represents the numbers—the organization, accuracy, and planning that help a business grow.
The ink represents the people behind those numbers and the story they’re writing every day.
My goal isn’t simply to prepare tax returns or keep your books organized. It’s to help you understand your business with confidence, so you can spend less time worrying about taxes and more time writing the next chapter of your business.
